Congratulations to Dr. Amanda Wasylishen!

Dr. Wasylishen, Assistant Professor in the Department of Cancer Biology, has been awarded an NIH K22 from the National Cancer Institute. This NCI Transition Career Development Award entitled "The DAXX/ATRX/H3.3 axis in ERV regulation and tumor suppression," will advance our understanding of how pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors develop, thereby providing the foundations for the development of new therapeutic approaches to treat these cancers.
