Megan Bischoff Awarded Travel Funding

Recent graduate of the COM Cancer & Cell Biology PhD program, Megan Bischoff, was given the honor of presenting her research at the 13th International Copper Meeting: From Mechanisms to Therapy in Sorrento, Italy (September 15-19). Attending the event with her mentor Dr. Maria Czyzyk-Krzeska in Cancer Biology, along with Dr. Katherine Vest and graduate student Alexandra Perez in Molecular & Cellular Biosciences, Megan was one of eleven trainees awarded travel funding by the host organization.
